How Do I Make A Payment?
To make a payment could never be easier, with our one step process for all your details, here you will be able to update your billing / delivery address and shipping type, once you are happy you will be transferred to Sage Pay for secure payment.
When And How Is My Card Charged?
Your credit or debit card is charged upon receipt of your order and will show a payment to "VA Retail". If for any reason there is a problem with the transaction, your order status will show as "Payment Unsuccessful"
What Appears On My Credit Card Statement?
To protect your privacy the words "VA Retail" will appear on your statement.
When Will My Goods Arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days for in stock items and 7-10 working days for items not currently held in stock. We will update you via email if your item is not currently in stock.
*These are average times we cannot control the length of time it takes to deliver your package.
